Why Kontribute

Product is not a department.
It is how a company turns insight into value.

Kontribute combines hands-on product building, leadership experience and market context. We do not separate strategy from execution because the hardest product problems usually sit between the two.

Build, don't just advise.

We build products ourselves. Our recommendations are grounded in the realities of making decisions, testing assumptions and delivering work.

Systems, not theatre.

Better ceremonies do not automatically create better products. We focus on decisions, accountability, customer insight and measurable outcomes.

Context matters.

Products and market behaviour do not transfer perfectly from one market to another. We design for the environment a product actually has to survive in.

Princess Edo-Osagie

Princess is a product and technology leader with more than 18 years' experience building and scaling payments products across Sub-Saharan Africa. Before co-founding Kontribute, she was Group Head, Product Leadership & Agile Governance at Interswitch Group, where she designed the product and agile operating models adopted across its business and technology teams. Outside work, you'll find her teaching children, playing video games or, occasionally, skydiving.
